How m4rketing.com collects and uses visitor data. Last updated: August 10, 2026.

1. General

This policy explains how personal data of m4rketing.com visitors (the "Site") is processed. The data operator is the Site's owner, Alexey Gerasin, a self-employed sole proprietor registered in Russia (INN 772882629509), operating under the M4RKETING brand (the "Operator"). By using the Site you agree to this policy.

2. What data is collected

The Site collects data automatically via the Yandex Metrika analytics service:

  • IP address and device technical data (browser, screen resolution, operating system)
  • On-site behavior: pages visited, navigation, time on site, referral source
  • Session recordings and click maps (Webvisor) — anonymized playback of on-page actions used to analyze usability
  • Cookies — see section 3

If you message us on Telegram or by email, we receive the data you voluntarily provide (name, contact details, the content of your message). This data is used solely to respond to your inquiry.

3. Cookies

Cookies are small files the Site stores in your browser to support analytics and remember your settings. You can disable cookies in your browser settings — this won't block access to the Site but may affect the accuracy of collected statistics.

4. Purpose of processing

  • Analyzing traffic and user behavior to improve the Site
  • Evaluating advertising campaign performance
  • Handling inquiries sent via Telegram or email

5. Data sharing with third parties

The Site uses Yandex Metrika for analytics (operator: Yandex LLC; data is processed and stored on servers located in the Russian Federation). Data is not shared with any other third parties except as required by Russian law.

6. Your rights

7. Storage and protection

The Operator takes reasonable organizational and technical measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or deletion.

8. Incident notification

Under Article 21.1 of Federal Law 152-FZ, in the event of unlawful transfer, disclosure, or access to personal data, the Operator notifies the competent authority for the protection of data subjects' rights (Roskomnadzor) within 24 hours of discovering the incident, and provides the results of the internal investigation within 72 hours.

9. Changes to this policy

The Operator may update this policy, including to reflect changes in legislation (such as Federal Law 420-FZ of November 30, 2024, in effect since May 30, 2025). The current version is always available on this page. The last-updated date is shown at the top of this document.
